This red tarmac with the giant number 30 for the new speed limit should be seen by any driver going down Willis Street. As the bus routes will be changed as of Sunday, the city council wants to raise awareness that there will be oncoming bus traffic.
Thus, no celebrity is coming to visit. It’s just to keep people save on the street.
