Which is a pity!!! I would like to say, that they are not really foreigners, since they were born and raised in Luxembourg, but that they have another nationality… But, it’s true, that “in-land-foreigners” would often say that thy do feel as if they were not “at-home-in-Luxembourg”, somehow… and that Luxembourgers make them feel “out-landish”… Which is a pity!!!
